Built-in locating ridges guide solid and stranded conductors from 10 to 20 awg directly into the precision-ground stripping notches, preventing damage to the wire core. The powerful shear cutting edges slice cleanly through copper and aluminum cables up to 15 mm diameter and trim unc 6-32 and 8-32 threaded screws without thread damage. Wide hybrid jaws provide excellent grip for twisting and bending wires in tight junction boxes, while the multi-component comfort grips and ambidextrous lock ensure smooth handling for every user.
